Caring for the whole person also involves keeping pace with innovation in equipment to help patients attain the best possible outcomes with greater efficiency, less time and lower cost for the hospital and the patient. For example, smaller incisions in robotic surgery often reduce hospital stays and patients can return to normal activities sooner.
Whether preparing to deliver a baby, seeking support for gynecologic cancer, or receiving treatment from our highly acclaimed Breast Health Centers and Programs, women in our region know that at CPMC they will be fully cared for as individuals with unique lives and personal needs.
