| February is Heart Health Month, and the Community Health Resource Center at California Pacific Medical Center is providing free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings and body fat analysis. Cholesterol screenings by appointment will also be offered ($25 fee). Five-minute chair massages will also be available courtesy of the Health & Healing Center. |
