Lymphedema Education, Exercise and Prevention
This free educational group is designed for people who want to understand, manage and reduce the risk of lymphedema. Top therapists help anyone at risk or with lymphedema (primary and secondary). Support people and caregivers welcome. Each monthly meeting includes a lymphedema educational seminar and a 20 minute gentle exercise class. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
