    Prenatal Fitness
    This progressive exercise class is led by physical therapists with advanced training in obstetrics, musculoskeletal issues and women's health. Each 60-minute class includes warm-up, low-impact aerobics, range of motion and strengthening and cool-down activities. It is open to women with a doctor's referral. During class, selected pregnancy- and exerice-related topics will be discussed.
