Donor Honor Roll
The Donor Honor Roll, Annual Giving Societies and Legacy Society are CPMC Foundation's ways of recognizing and honoring our supporters for generous gifts of all kinds, based on cumulative lifetime giving, annual calendar year giving, and legacy gifts.
Donor Honor Roll and Giving Societies
- Diamond and Platinum Circles
The Diamond Circle honors individuals, families, and organizations who have contributed $5 million or more to CPMC, while the Platinum Circle recognizes those who have given between $1 million and $5 million. The generosity of these donors is extraordinary and remarkable, and all of us at CPMC extend our deepest gratitude for their philanthropic investment. CPMC Foundation was privileged to welcome two new members to these circles in 2012.
- Gold, Silver, Bronze, Chairman's and President's Circles
In commemoration of their significant lifetime gifts to the Medical Center, CPMC Foundation is pleased to permanently recognize members of its Gold, Silver, Bronze, Chairman’s, and President’s Circles. Their names are listed on the Donor Honor Roll wall at three of our campuses. (Please note that the President’s Circle was closed to new donors as of 12/31/2003.)
- Legacy Society
CPMC Foundation’s Legacy Society is composed of donors who have thoughtfully designated CPMC as a beneficiary of their will, trust, retirement plan, insurance policy, or charitable gift annuity. In 2012, we were thankful to receive very generous gifts from numerous estates. For our Legacy Society members, philanthropy has many returns. To learn how you can include CPMC in your estate planning, please contact Barbara Lowe at 415-600-2769 or email@example.com
- Annual Donors
Much of the vital work we do would not be possible without philanthropic partners who believe in the mission of CPMC, and we sincerely appreciate the consistent goodwill of our annual donors.
- Employee Giving Campaign
We extend special thanks to those who participate in CPMC's Employee Giving Campaign. No one knows better than they do what it takes to maintain our high standards of quality and personalized care, and CPMC Foundation is truly grateful for their gifts.
- Physician Giving
What CPMC's Physician Donors and Fundraisers have given goes far beyond their own financial commitment. They have also given their time and talent to inspire other people to give. In fact, they are responsible for bringing in some of our largest philanthropic gifts.
