Overview
The Department of Pediatric Radiology provides the full range of pediatric radiological imaging modalities for a wide variety of diagnoses and procedures. Our imaging services include:
> Excretory urography
> CT scan
> Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
> Nuclear medicine
> Ultrasound
We also provide interventional procedures including biopsies, percutaneous nephrostomy, abscess drainage, angiograms and angioplasties. Ultimately every medical specialty uses diagnostic radiology. Our pediatric radiologist is involved in all phases of comprehensive medical care including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
