Overview
The Neonatology Team at California Pacific Medical Center treats patients with all neonatal conditions, including neonatal surgical problems. Our team works closely with the Perinatal Team to provide maternal care for high-risk infants and patient transport to the Medical Center. Among the services our NICU offers include:

> Antenatal consultation for high risk mothers
> Attendance at high risk births occurring at California Pacific
> Care of sick pre-term and full-term infants
> Neonatal Surgery
> Transport of infants in the first four weeks of life
> Whitney Newborn Follow Up Clinic which provides outpatient neurodevelopmental follow-up for former NICU patients

Annually, our multidisciplinary team of neonatalologists, neonatal nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers and pediatric specialists provide medical care for more than 600 sick and premature infants. California Pacific Medical Center is approved by California Children's Services (CCS) as a Regional (Level III) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), meaning that we have the highest level of equipment and professionals on staff.

For neonatal, maternal or pediatric transport or advice requests, call 1-866-PEDS-911 (1-866-733-7911).
