Overview
California Pacific Medical Center's Pediatric Cardiac Program is comprised of experienced physicians and pediatric cardiologists at the forefront of innovative surgical techniques and treatments for pediatric heart conditions.

We provide individualized and personalized high-quality care. We work with our patients and their families to give expert guidance and to partner in medical decision-making. Our team is easily accessible and responsive to both patients and referring physicians. We communicate with referring physicians in a timely fashion to provide appropriate integration of medical services.

We provide children diagnosed with heart disease the following medical services.

Medical Services - Evaluation, diagnosis and therapy for:

• Congenital Heart Disease in Infants, Children & Adults


• Acquired Heart Disease including Kawasaki Syndrome, Myocarditis, Cardiomyopathy and Rheumatic Heart Disease


• Evaluation of Murmurs, Syncope, Chest Pain, and Palpitations


• Cardiac Sports Screeing


• Cardiac Arrhythmias


• Preventive Cardiology (hypertension, elevated lipids)


• Marfan's and Other Heritable Cardiac Syndromes

Our pediatric programs are California Children's Services (CCS)-approved and our diagnostic services include perinatal/fetal echocardiography, catheterization, exercise stress testing and tilt table testing.

Care centers are available in local communities, offering families follow-up care near their homes if needed care is not accessible through their local physician or pediatric cardiologist. Telephone consultations and support for physicians and families are always available.
