Pediatric specialists from the Physician Foundation at California Pacific Medical Center have established a network of outreach clinics in Northern California. These clinics help facilitate access to pediatric subspecialists. Appointments may be made by a referral from a child's pediatrician or family physician. Referring physicians should call the telephone numbers listed below for appointments. Medical records, prior lab tests, etc. should be sent to the outreach site before the patient's appointment.
