Directions to the Memory Clinic
Many adults experience memory difficulties. The most commonly diagnosed form of memory loss is Alzheimer's disease. However, there are many different forms of memory loss and what many people do not realize is that early intervention can reverse the condition for some people.
The Memory Clinic provides a variety of services to assist in early diagnosis of memory problems, as well as the coordination of medical and community management for individuals with severe memory loss. Our goal is to help prolong our patients ability to live independently through accurate diagnosis, coupled with medical intervention, drug therapy, diet and exercise.
