The new Brain Health Center is an innovative new collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California to provide patient care, education and research in the area of memory loss. Employing a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, the Brain Health Center provides a variety of services for individuals with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease as well as anyone experiencing increased memory changes at any age.

Alzheimer's disease has a dramatic effect on the lives of everyone it touches. Our Program offers peace of mind to families and friends, as residents maintain the highest quality of life. The facility provides compassionate care in a home-like atmosphere, allowing residents to continue to live in comfort and with dignity. Residents have access to a secure, professionally landscaped garden and fountain area to walk freely and safely while enjoying the outdoors.

Irene Swindells Center for Adult Day Services

California Pacific Medical Center and the Institute on Aging (IOA) collaboratively developed the Adult Day Services, a social-model adult day program designed to serve individuals with mild to moderate memory loss without additional significant health care needs. Participants can engage in a variety of activities that provide mental stimulation and promote physical health.
