The Memory Clinic assists with the early diagnosis of memory problems. Patients receive a comprehensive evaluation, diagnostic tests, medical intervention, and community management, helping to prolong patients' ability to live independently.

The facility provides compassionate care in a home-like atmosphere, allowing residents to continue to live in comfort and with dignity. Residents have access to a secure, professionally landscaped garden and fountain area to walk freely and safely while enjoying the outdoors.

Irene Swindells Center for Adult Day Services

California Pacific Medical Center and the Institute on Aging (IOA) collaboratively developed the Adult Day Services, a social-model adult day program designed to serve individuals with mild to moderate memory loss without additional significant health care needs. Participants can engage in a variety of activities that provide mental stimulation and promote physical health.
