Whether you live in Northern California or Nevada, we bring our specialists to you. Our twelve outreach clinics are staffed by physicians and nurses from the San Francisco-based Physician Foundation at California Pacific Medical Center (PFCPMC). Among the services we offer at our outreach sites include:
