Patient Stories
At California Pacific, we are committed to providing you with individualized care that involves your family and local physician.
Our medical staff walks you through all stages of liver disease management and transplantation while our support team of transplant nurse coordinators, social workers, financial counselors and others provide guidance with emotional and financial issues, insurance, pre- and post-transplant care and rehabilitation. Weekly support groups held at the Medical Center provide assistance to liver disease patients and families.
Our focus is on providing experienced, personalized patient care and managing the entire transplant process to an excellent outcome. Read on to see patients' and doctors' stories of how we work.
