At California Pacific, we are committed to providing you with individualized care that involves your family and local physician.
Our medical staff walks you through all stages of kidney and/or pancreas transplantation while our support team of transplant nurse coordinators, social workers, financial counselors and others provide guidance with emotional and financial issues, insurance, pre- and post-transplant care and rehabilitation.
