    Hosted by the WHRC, this workshop will focus on the often underestimated and misunderstood pelvic floor. Through yoga and mindfulness learn to connect with, strengthen and relax the muscles that span the opening at the bottom of the pelvis. Next class : March 18
    Hosted by the WHRC. This 2-hour workshop will focus on gentle supported poses to help you release into a deep state of relaxation. The restorative poses are held longer to elicit the body's natural relaxation response. Next class : April 15
