    This one-session informational class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, newborn feeding patterns, positioning, how to tell if the baby is getting enough milk and avoiding common problems. Next class : October 16

    This series of four classes covers what to expect in your last trimester of pregnancy; signs of labor, making a plan for delivery and what to expect in the postpartum period. Tips for care of the newborn are also covered. Next class : September 4
    A healthy, relaxed approach to beginning complimentary food for your baby. Find out how to tell when your baby is ready to start solid foods. Learn which foods to offer first and which foods to avoid. Next class : September 11
    This one-evening class shares information on normal newborn appearance and behaviors, crying, comforting skills and how to cope with little sleep. Learn important ways to care for yourself as well as your new baby. Next class : October 14
    This is a one hour class and your opportunity to meet one of our pediatricians as they talk and answer questions about what happens in the hospital and what to expect during the first couple of weeks at home and at well-child visits. Next class : September 16
    Led by a PAMF Santa Cruz Division pediatrician, you will learn about what happens in the hospital and what to look for in the first few weeks with baby. The doctor covers feeding, common skin conditions, colic and when to call for help. Next class : September 16
