    Sutter Solano Medical Center and the Cancer Support Community have partnered to serve people with cancer, along with their family and friends by offering cancer support groups to the Solano County community free of charge. Next class : June 3
    Sutter VNA & Hospice hosts a free support group for children ages five to 12 to help them cope with a family member's illness. Next class : To Be Announced
    A drop in support group for anyone with a cancer diagnosis who is currently in treatment. Next class : June 11
    A support and information-sharing group that helps caregivers of those with cancer navigate through and cope with complex and multiple responsibilities. Next class : May 27
    This service is available when a child has a family member with cancer or another chronic, serious illness. The program is facilitated by a clinical social worker using creative activities for self-expression. Next class : To Be Announced
    The Children's Art Therapy Support Group, known as CATS is offered to children and teens who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, either their own or, more commonly that of a family member. Next class : To Be Announced
    Treatment for cancer can cause short and long term cognitive changes. It is helpful for you, your friends and family to understand what these changes might be and for you to have ideas for how to cope with them. Next class : June 10

    Community Health Resource Center: Discover how changing dietary habits and learning new approaches to eating can improve cardiovascular health, achieve weight loss, improve diabetes, and decrease cancer risk. Next class : June 24
