    Childbirth Preparation is a series that meets on six consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm. This class prepares expectant couples for the emotional & physical changes that occur during pregnancy, labor & deliver. Next class : January 6

    Designed for the busy working couple the Weekend Intensive prepares expectant couples for the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Next class : January 16
    For busy parents-to-be. This six and a half hour, information-packed Saturday class is designed to present a condensed version of weeks 1, 2 and 3 of the Great Beginnings Series. Next class : January 17

    It is normal to have additional questions and need reassurance during the early weeks of breastfeeding. Meet other new moms as you have your latch and positioning checked in a small group setting by a lactation consultant. Next class : December 22
    This one-session informational class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding, newborn feeding patterns, positioning, how to tell if the baby is getting enough milk and avoiding common problems. Next class : February 11
