    FoodSENSE: A new 10-week nutritional education program for women

    Explore skills for creating new eating habits, weight management or weight loss. Join this non-judgmental, non-diet approach to eating to assess your current relationship with food and eating.     Janet McBride, RDN, completed her training at Harvard Medical School Teaching Hospital, Beth Israel Hospital(now Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center). She has a San Francisco-based private practice of 14 years, specializing in women?s eating issues. She is the consulting nutritionist for the WHRC at CPMC. In addition to consulting, and because she is a foodie, she also enjoys teaching college nutrition courses to students in the culinary program at the Art Institute of California-San Francisco.
