Healthy Body, Healthy Brain an Alzheimer's Education Class
The health of the brain plays a critical role in almost everything you do: thinking, feeling, remembering, working and playing - even sleeping. The good news is that we now know there's a lot you can do to help keep your brain healthier as you age and may reduce your risk of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia. This program will offer tips for what you can do to keep yourbrain healthy and active.
